Kennedy Family Show Lambs is three generations in the making. We grew up raising /showing Dorsets and Southdowns competitively at the local, state, and national levels. In the late 1990s we decided to start raising our own crossbred show lambs for projects along with the purebreds. We continued to be successful raising all three breeds until our show careers ended. At that point we only kept the 10-15 crossbreds to raise commercial lambs and a few show lambs. In 2014 that changed when Shawn & Andy decided to take over with envisions of raising competitive show lambs.
Our flock now consists of 25-30 ewes with a majority of them having Miller & Marcantel in their pedigrees. Our sheep will be well-muscled, moderate sized, easy keeping with a show ring look. Whatever you are in the market for: if it’s a show prospect or breeding pieces give us a call to come see what we have.

Archie is out of great flush Don Witt had in 2017 resulting keeper ram Fatal Attraction, Uno, the Natty wether, Gross placed that won all over including Reserve at Illinois. The other flush mates hung their fair share of banners as well. 2 Time was Will’s 2018 late born keeper. He had a great set of younger lambs & we took a set of ewes to him to add power.Thanks again to John, Diann, Nick & Karissa for your help!
