With an extensive knowledge of bottling and brewing, Harry is an expert in his field.A very experienced General Manager with an in-depth experience of continuous improvement, project management, team building coupled with excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills. Harry has successfully managed high volume manufacturing of leading branded and own-label products in target driven margin critical environments.

Niall Fitzpatrick,
Engineering and Packaging Manager.

Niall has 25+ years experience in engineering roles in the Food & Beverage industry. This includes 12 years as a Senior Plant Electrician with a Food Processing Plant and the last 4 years directly in the alcohol beverage Industry as an Engineering and Production Manager. Niall has a great work ethic and enjoys problem solving.

Sinead has over 23 year's experience in finance and office management. Most recently she was finance manager for a distillery and prior to that in finance & administration management roles in the environmental & logistics sectors.Sinead manages the finance and administration functions at Good Spirits Bottling.

Supply Chain.

Yvonne has over 30 years experience in Supply Chain, over 25 years of these with a huge fast paced Multi-National Company serving every corner of the Globe. In the past her functions have covered all aspects of Supply Chain, from ordering raw materials to the export of finished goods. Previous experience include Purchasing, Warehousing & Logistics. Yvonne has an extensive knowledge of ERP Systems and key strengths include attention to detail, focused and task driven.

Marijus Saibokas,
Production Coordinator.

Marijus has over 8 years experience in the automated Food and Beverage Industry. His main attention to detail is in Production and Packaging. For the past 3 years Marijus has worked in the Brewing and Distilling sector of the business which gives him an enormous wealth of knowledge about the drink and spirit industry. To the Role, Marijus brings his own skills set, which include attention to detail, goal focused and a strategic thinker.
