Natureworks News Summer/Autumn 2022:

Natureworks is downsizing but will continue to operate in one of our Danceworks studios throughout the refurbishment period starting on 22nd August. Our dedicated therapy rooms will reopen later this year. To check with a therapist on their arrangements for this period, please see their contact details on their individual page.

Natureworks is located on the first floor of Danceworks studios at 16 Balderton Street, W1K 6TN – opposite the Selfridges clock in central London.

We are the home to thirty or so holistic therapists who cater for many holistic approaches to health and well-being. All our therapists are highly trained and offer various therapies and treatments. Natureworks began life as a centre for Alexander Technique and there continues to be a particular focus on posture, movement and performance.

Practitioners manage their own diaries so pleasecontact them directlyfor information or to arrange an appointment.

Hire one of our Multi-Use Therapy Rooms

We have eight affordable multi-use rooms, available for hire 7-days a week all year round. All rooms are ideal for complementary therapies and bodywork, Pilates/Yoga sessions, and business meetings. For therapy hirers, rooms can be prepared with laundry at a small charge; couch roll and tissues are provided free of charge. Additional equipment, laundry, and meetings are available on request.
