Services

Growth Partners Consulting (GPC) is a leadership and team development consulting firm. GPC provides training, workshops, team development, and coaching.

TRAINING

Virtual or in-person classes that center on skill-building and behavior change. Example session titles include Run a Rock-Solid Meeting, Prioritizing for Productivity, All Things Feedback, and Leadership: Getting Results Through Others.

WORKSHOPS

Half-day to multi-day events designed to achieve broad goals like initiating and leading change, making team decisions, group problem-solving, and building relationships. Training is also built into workshops.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Activities that advance performance and teamwork. An assessment is conducted, and solutions are identified based on GPC’s 5 Components of High Performing Teams which include: Psychological Safety, Defined Goals, Clear Roles and Processes, Productive Conflict, and Routine Debriefs.

COACHING

A one-on-one engagement that creates self-awareness, facilitates behavior change, and is centered on individualized learning and growth. Frequently, clients seek out coaching to get “unstuck” in life or career, establish healthy work/life choices, take their leadership to the next level, or simply find joy again in their work.

Amy is a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification.

Growth Partners Consulting is led by Amy Drader, a seasoned leadership and team development professional with 20 years experience.She designs customized leadership and team development solutions that build skills, change behavior, and shift mindsets so that leaders and teams can do their best work.

Amy understands the joys and challenges of working on teams and being a manager after having held various roles ranging from Supervisor to Operations Chief in both public and private sectors. Amy also spent five years working in healthcare, coaching and training physicians, nurses, and administrators on leadership and team development practices.

She holds an MA in Human Resource Development, a BA in Communication Studies, is an ICF credentialed coach, and a certified Senior HR Professional. Amy also served in the Peace Corps as a Community Development Volunteer in the Republic of Macedonia. She worked alongside local leaders focusing on women's health.

Amy highly values diversity, dignity, and respect for all and works to denounce and counter racism, ableism, and discrimination based on sex, age, religion, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, or any other marginalized identity.

She seeks to work with clients who share these same values.
