Our AeroMD medical team members get out of bed every day to serve the people of the Caribbean. As the only air ambulance service with dedicated medevac aircraft on the ground in the U.S. Virgin Islands, we are devoted to raising expectations of emergency medical care.

The Team

Our medical team members are elite and specialized. They complete an extensive Air Ambulance training process and maintain additional proficiency in their respective fields. When they are not running life-saving missions, they train daily for every emergency scenario imaginable.

The Call

Immediately after we receive a call, our AeroMD aeromedical team swings into action. Unlike other air evac and ambulance services, we do not need to charter a plane. Our dedicated medevac aircraft and medical teams are headquartered in the Eastern Caribbean. This avoids unnecessary waiting, saving precious time for our patients.

The Mission

AeroMD carries a full complement of medical equipment composed of the most advanced technology available. This allows us to create a flying intensive care unit, with equipment and medication on-board specific to each patient's air ambulance and medevac mission.
