We will definitely stay here again

Husband, wife, 10 year old and 2 dogs stayed 3 nights. When we checked in there was fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for us and denta-sticks for the dogs. They keep all the pet friendly rooms on the main floor which makes it easier to take them out.

Our room was clean. It had 2 comfortable queen size beds. There were 2 dog beds with a couple of toys and water/food dishes. It also had a mini fridge and microwave.

Great Value, Great Staff & Nice Rooms

We had an amazing stay at the Pocaterra! Anna at the front desk is amazing, she is very personal & friendly. Anna made us feel special and not just like any other guest. Free hot breakfast is great feature. The pool was open and it was so much fun for our family – warning: the slide is fast ha ha. Booking the pool (Wednesday-Friday) was easy, at 6:30am head to front desk and book a 30 minute spot for that day. Having hard flooring in the rooms is very desirable, easier to keep clean. Rooms were a great size with all the amenities needed (fridge, microwave, etc).

Great stay and great customer service!

Checking in was easy and the staff were really nice. The rooms were updated and very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and perfect after a long day of travel, and the water slide was fun for both kids and adults alike. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch and breakfast was great! On an added note, we forgot some food in our fridge after checkout and called the front desk staff who grabbed the food from our room and saved it until we were able to pick it up later in the afternoon. Now that’s some great customer service!

Great accommodation

Rooms exactly as pictured on website! Very clean and spacious, comfy beds and had an incredible view from my balcony on 2nd floor. Good selection of breakfast items both hot & cold
