How can we heal deeply,

live vibrantly,

love fully,

and create more justice

in our lives?

My therapy practice is my commitment to nonbinary, trans and queer embodiment, vitality and healing

so we can bring our full magic and power to our lives

and our movements for collective liberation.

Do you believe that a different world is possible? Do you long to live in a world that celebrates all bodies and expressions of life? That prioritizes caring for all people, animals, and the earth? And values farmers, healers, artists, care workers, and educators?

Capitalism, transphobia, trauma and internalized white supremacy shape us in ways that harm our bodies, spirits, each other and the earth.

Individualism, overwork, urgency, perfectionism, and shame often get in the way of our full capacity for love, connection, belonging, collaboration, and interdependency.

It is part of our task, as revolutionary people, who want deep-rooted, radical social change, to be as whole as it is possible for us to be.
