Maintaining a Culture of Caring During Crisis
Frontier Nursing University and our network of nurse-midwives and nurse practitioners are at the frontlines and leading efforts to ensure the health and safety of communities across the country. As the reach and impact of the COVID-19 virus continues to evolve, the health, safety and well-being of all our community members remains our priority. We are working in alignment with local, state and national agencies and government to actively and responsibly respond to this public health threat.
To adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic FNU has transitioned all staff who do not need to be on campus to telecommuting from their homes. We have redeveloped the Frontier Bound Orientation session to a virtual, interactive format. We are working to also recreate our Clinical Bound on-site sessions to virtual, interactive format. These are temporary measures while the COVID-19 restrictions are in place. Didactic courses are continuing without interruption at this time. At FNU, we believe in physical distancing, but we want to continue to actively interact socially with our community during this stressful time while following guidance from the CDC and government to prevent the transmission.
Newly admitted students: All Frontier Bound orientation sessions will be held virtually in May and June, 2020. You will be receiving details about this change directly via your Frontier.edu email address. Any applicants with questions should contact admissions@frontier.edu.
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 virus and encourage all to follow the basic public health recommendations and CDC guidelines. You can find resources and additional information about COVID-19 prevention and preparedness at frontier.edu/COVID-19.

WHY YOU SHOULD Be listed
Matt Cutts, a software engineer and former head of the web spam team at Google, stated back in 2012 that "spammy directories" are disregarded while those who "excercise editorial discretion" worth it. Even though countless business directories litter the internet, they won't all offer a positive change. Don't take unneeded risks and suggest your website to one that Google loves!
