Do modern information and communication technologies take place in the care for the elderly? Can we bring more security to their homes and provide 24/7 support? How can we transfer the progress from the field of technology to the area of integrated medico-social services at home in order to optimize financial and human resources?
An innovative project implemented by the Bulgarian Red Cross in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) will seek to answer these questions.
