Meet the summer garden interns at
TomKat Ranch! This summer, three interns are working behind the scenes in the garden, kitchen, and office.

Susan Hadacek, our garden instructor, is teaching the interns about the principles of regenerative agriculture and how they are implemented at TomKat Ranch. Starting as an experimental garden 3 years ago, the regenerative practices of no-till soil management, rich compost applications, and crop rotations have improved the soil fertility and enabled the production of nutrient rich food.
