The chamber does an excellent job communicating with and promoting everyone that does business here. The Stork Family has been actively involved in the Yates County Chamber for three generations and considers it to be a key resource for local business and tourism information. We love having an advocate for our local businesses. We’ve been a member of the Yates County Chamber for more than 20 years. We credit the Chamber with giving us the opportunity to reach a broad range of people that are drawn to the Finger Lakes region. The area has experienced substantial growth in the last 20 years, and the Chamber has been at the forefront of this growth phase…here’s to more progress in the next 20! The Yates County Chamber has been a great resource for Camp Cory. The Chamber has hosted Business After Hours at Camp, which introduced the community to our facilities and services. The team is always supportive of our mission and promoting our day and overnight camps. The staff is professional and helpful and has far reach in the community. If you are a business in the area, I highly recommend membership in the Yates County Chamber. When I moved to Penn Yan six years ago it was pretty scary. I didn’t know very many people and was embarking on a whole new life, including opening a business for the first time. One of the first people to reach out to me was Mike Linehan from the Yates County Chamber of Commerce. He made me feel welcome and educated me on the many resources that were available through the Chamber. I took advantage of many of them, including Networking Nights and business counseling from Score. Now, here I am a business owner and a Chamber Board member! I am so grateful to Jess, Jody and the entire team for their continued support. The Yates County Chamber of Commerce is the Tourism Promotion Agency for Yates County (Finger Lakes Countrysides) and manages the KeukaWineTrail.
