We are also a precision tooling enterprise, and manufacture tooling, machines and parts for industry. We have CNC milling machining and CNC turning and Mill-turning capability as well as an engineering workshop equipped to handle just about anything. We have lathes, presses, cutting saws, die cutters, grinders, welding equipment, testing, measuring and calibration and hardness testing equipment. We can machine complex components, make parts to suit from a wide range of materials (steel, tool steels, plastic, aluminum, brass, titanium, copper, magnesium, composite materials, and more) and build large and small custom machinery to suit any customers request. We offer a high range of engineering services primarily in the mechanical engineering field and we accept both large and small jobs and can handle simple and complex work. Some things we do are: Our workshop is equipped with a wide range of equipment , with milling machines including CNC machinery and CADCAM software, to various turning lathes, cylindrical grinders, drill press, welding equipment (Tig / Mig) , hardness testing equipment, calibration equipment, precision measuring tools, lifting equipment, routers, sanders, cutting saws, tool grinders, surface grinders, oxy cutting, sandblasting equipment, small electrical furnace and a lot of other specialty tooling and tools in general for building, repairing and dismantling a wide range of equipment. We primarily service our local industry but also build high end custom machinery for international markets. We do alot of jobbing work involving manufacturing a wide range of parts and components for industrial and domestic applications. We also do product development and make prototypes, repair and maintenance, spare parts, motorcycle racing engine conversions from 2 stroke to 4 stroke and have some innovative products on the market.
