Located in The Hope Center at 383 Vandervoort Street, the Youth Center welcomes youth grades K-12 to participate in programming. There is no fee to participate or attend; however all participants must have a parent consent form completed and signed by a legal parent or guardian in order to participate in any activity. All staff members are first aid certified and every room is monitored at all times by these workers.The youth center is only for residents of North Tonawanda. Something for everyone!Each and everyday youth can participate in what we consider "open" programming, which refers to activities that are open to participate in at anytime on an any day.These programs include:Daily arts craftsAir hockey, billiards, fooseball, ping pongVideo games (PS3, XBox 360,NintendoWii, Game Cube, SuperNintendoOpen gymCable TV (Sabres games, TV shows,movies etc)Computer lab (internet,music,homework etc)TutoringOur "special" programs refer to activities that are scheduled randomly through the week at designated times and days.Check our calendar of events or follow us on Twitter or Facebook to stay updated on what's coming up.Our special programs include:Movie NightsHoliday Parties (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc)Weekly contests and tournamentsOrganized athletic activities (Sport of the Day, sport tournaments,etc)Game show simulationsKaraoke and more...For answers to your questions regarding our programming, check out our FAQ page.
