Small, but ... we have a new country in our portfolio thanks to Manfred Bohn. Liechtenstein. His pano shot from Spitz provides an insight into the valley of Malbun and the surrounding peaks in lovely colours. We have a new member in our photographer community: A worm welcome to Jörg Braukmann. He presents us a high resolution view from a prominent peak in the Kitzbühel Alps, the Schafsiedel. Patrick Runggaldier is sharing one of the most beautiful mountains in the world, the ice pyramid Alpamayo located in the Cordillera Blanca (Andes). Great one, must see! Applause to Tim Mosedale who brought the most elevated panorama on MP to our homes: Ama Dablam Camp 3; an incredibly impressive place. An incredible viewpoint between Biella and Aosta with all the mountains between Monte Viso and Adamello. A cozy base for the ascension to Uja di Ciamarella in a quiet place at the end of Valli di Lanzo. After snowfall during our ascent to Bouquetins bivouac the day before, we enjoyed wonderful weather on our summit day. Crossing this magic peak of the Fribourg Alps is one of the most demanding Alpine hikes and a very pretty tour. Great viewpoint and short but nice climb in the lovely northern Sellrain mountains. Not perfect conditions but a beautiful cloudy mood. Located remotely in the Southern Pre-Pyrenees, this is a true monolith spending an amazing view all over the Central Pyrenees. After a demanding climb we reached this marvellous viepoint on a clear and cosy early morning. Panoramic from the central part of the summit ridge, when you can see the little bivouac and the summit obelisk. The highest point of Valgrande is a phantastic viewpoint. In summer mighty clouds arise early and the hike from In La Piana takes 5h. A bold wind and deep snow made it hard to reach this summit from our bivouac on Konkordiaplatz. Very early morning on the highest peak of Black Forest all on my own - unfortunately the views to the Alps were a bit misty. Really an unforgettable Evening here at the western Ortles Alps. Such a beautiful silence in spite of the nearby Stilfserjoch and Ski Arena. Wonderful perspectives from a fascinating 4000 which is not as easy as it initially seems. In a unique landscape between Wasenhorn and Monte Leone, this cabane is nicely located. A phantastic and moderately accesible peak between the worlds of Ticino and Grischun with marvellous views if there were no clouds.... Not far from the city of Tromsø, the highest point on the island of Kvaløya offers a steep, rocky ascent and wide views of fjords and mountains. One of the nicest places above Soglio with a phantastic view to Piz Badile and Bregaglia. Awestruck, we had a little break thinking of the approximately 800 m of ice below our feet and the world of ice around us.
