India Student Hub is an outreach initiative of the Embassy of India, Washington D.C., to engage Indian students in the U.S. The Student Hub is a platform for Indian students to connect, collaborate, and converse -- with the Embassy as well as with each other, and the Indian diaspora at large.

The Student Hub thrives on student-led, student-run programming and opportunities to keep the students updated with authentic information from the Government of India on various issues of use to them.

The Student Hub also strives to facilitate conversations with U.S. universities and administrators and strengthen the ongoing education and knowledge partnership between India and the United States.

A discussion with noted lawyer Debodhonyaa Sengupta on Intellectual Property rights of researchers and STEM students in the US, and how can interested STEM students transition into a career in IP and Patent Law.

Counsellor (ISRO) Mr. Krunal Joshi and Mr. Alok Chatterjee of JPL/NASA informed Indian students of the amazing success story of the Indian Space Program and also on the various aspects of the India-U.S. Space Cooperation. During the QAs they answered queries by Indian students on the various career opportunities available for the Aerospace and Aeronautical students.

Indian students in discussion with noted lawyer Ms. Aparna Dave on various legal issues ranging from how to deal with scam calls to negotiating rent agreements or dealing with loss of passport etc, which all the Indian students studying in the United States should be aware of.
