We are here to provide you with information, advice and support that will enable you to take control of your life, make decisions and find support that is right for you. We have worked since 1985 to improve the communities in which we work. At Help Care, we have been working across South-Central England for over 30 years, promoting dignity and independence for people from all walks of life.Offering services across South-Central Engalnd, we are particularly focused on providing support to people living with a long-term health condition, carers and those who are isolated or housebound. What makes us different is our person-centred approach. We understand that each individual has different needs, so we work closely with people to understand what really matters for them and to help them lead independent and fulfilling lives for as long as possible.  We are eager to play a leading role in improving the delivery of Health services for the community and so we work closely with 9 individual Healthwatch organisations across South England. This partnership ensures that health services are held accountable and the views of the people who use and need these services most are given a platform to have their voices heard.We are proud to be working closely with a select group of partners to ensure the best possible services are delivered to our communities and the people who occupy them. My coach was an absolute star, I’ve been through a lot in my life and dealt with various different issues. I’ve dealt with many professionals and counsellors and can honestly say (my coach) was the only person who made a difference and showed interest and care. She is by far the best person I have ever spoken too and if I ever needed support again, or anyone I knew needed support, I would 100% recommend this service. Thank you so much for everything you have done I found this service valuable and has given me someone to talk things through with. I feel I have been pointed in the right direction which has made an improvement. It is a milestone to look forward to when I speak to you so that I can discuss the goals I have achieved. You have constructive ways of looking at things and I have found this extremely beneficial I have found the service and you absolutely fabulous. You have helped me to initially lean on you for comfort. I have loved the tools and techniques we have used and it has made a massive difference to my life so thank you so much. I know now I can maintain the changes and find my own motivation.
