FHR Institute for Higher Education (FHR) is een instituut voor hoger onderwijs dat op 9 maart 2000, de 100e geboorte dag van, en als een levende herinnering aan, Frederik Hendrik Rudolf Lim A Po, een geestdriftige pleitbezorger van levenslang leren, is opgericht.FHR’s visie is dat door het activeren van de mogelijkheid tot het genieten van hoger onderwijs welke voldoet aan internationale standaarden, er wordt bijgedragen aan de opbouw van een goed functionerende en welvarende samenleving.Op basis van deze visie is het de missie van FHR bij te dragen aan een goed ontwikkelde samenleving door studenten te voorzien van hoger onderwijs naar internationale maatstaven in een ethische en ambitieuze leeromgeving en zodoende hun beroeps- en professionele competenties verder te ontwikkelen en te versterken alsook hun committering aan het algemeen belang. De FHR School of Accounting and Management biedt een internationaal en nationaal geaccrediteerde Master of Business Administration programma, een Master of Accounting programma en een Diploma-programma in ‘Health Care Management’ aan. FHR School of Governance, Law and Humanities biedt een internationaal en nationaal geaccrediteerde Master of Public Administration (MPA) -programma en een national geaccrediteerde Master in Human Resource Management (MHRM) aan.
