To ensure that our most vulnerable patients continue to receive the necessary care and stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have clinically assessed all services provided by the Trust to identify the care-critical services which must be maintained. This does mean that we have scaled back some services. We are currently working to safely restore services to normal capacity. Click here to download a full list of the current status of all of our services. Please note that those operating at reduced capacity are still accepting referrals as normal. If you are a patient and have received a letter from us, you will have been given advice about who to contact should you have any concerns about your ongoing, or new health conditions.  If you have not been directly contacted and should you have concerns about ongoing or new health conditions, you should contact your GP in the usual way or NHS111 online for advice and support. In an emergency you should phone 999. If you wish to contact the Trust’s advice and liaison service please call 0800 917 2855 or email contact.bchc@nhs.net.
