The safety of our learners and staff is of paramount importance during the current coronavirus outbreak. Our Watford HQ and all training venues are currently closed and we have ceased delivery of all classroom-based courses for the foreseeable future. We have migrated a number of courses to remote delivery and these learners are being supported by their tutors through a digital platform.We are answering enquiries and will be accepting enrolments for remote courses from August 2020. We are continuing to claim and send certificates to learners who have recently completed accredited courses, although these are subject to delays. In Hertfordshire, we are introducing a Digital Support Service (DSS) to offer wellbeing and mental health support for local residents.
