The University of Arizona Department of Pediatrics has a long history of excellence in teaching, healing and discovery. Our dedicated faculty take care of thousands of sick children in Southern Arizona and around the state, providing general pediatric and subspecialty services and hold specialty clinics in rural areas throughout Arizona. Our faculty teach medical students through our clerkship program, and each year, 16 young doctors come to the UArizona as pediatric residents.
