Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic April 2, 2020 scott.mackey The mental health impact of this pandemic is very real.  If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed, you are not alone. Most people have never experienced such a large-scale challenge, and this one may affect our mental and physical well-being, our finances, our social connections, and the health and safety of our loved ones.  Isolation, changes in school and employment, and concern about our families and friends can increase feelings of worry, fear, and sadness. If you are coming to Cougar Health Services for a scheduled appointment, you will need to wear a mask. Visitors or guests are not allowed.All Counseling and Psychological Services appointments should be made over the phone at 509-335-4511. No walk-in hours are being offered at this time; however same-day appointments  and group sessions are available. Students can still access the after hours crisis phone at 509-335-2159.The Vision Clinic is open and available for all services.
