Friday Night Life Now in year 27, Friday Night life provides a hot, nutritious meal to an estimated 90-140 adults and children every week. After dinner, a wide range of community building activities take place for adults and children of all ages. Kids Club Our love for children grows out of our love for Jesus. Friday Night Kids Club and Summer Kids Discovery Club are two different ways we love and serve local children. Good Works Gardens Good Works has established and oversees 17 gardens throughout Athens County. Our summer teen agricultural internship invites local teens to learn about agriculture through a 7 week hands-on training experience. Appalachian Immersion Internship The A.I. Internship is a 4-9 month residential opportunity. Interns live in the Good Works Hannah House and serve in most of the Good Works contexts. Keith Wasserman Keith Wasserman started Good Works in 1981 at the age of 22 in the basement of his home.
