A Message from the Executive DirectorThis COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented challenge for the entire country and the world, and especially for vulnerable people, organizations and businesses in our communities. In times of crisis, it is more important than ever that we stay well informed, connected and support one another.Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health officials, we are taking swift action to reduce the potential for exposure to the virus for both our staff and the individuals of the communities that we serve.We are committed to the health and wellbeing of our staff, our clients, and our community partners.Effective March 23, and until further notice, Frameworks CDC staff will be working remotely, continuing to do our work while minimizing potential spread of the virus.Continuing business in this fashion ensures the continuity of support for our clients, partners and other stakeholders by leveraging our strong organizational structure and systems, which are designed to keep our programs on track.In our efforts to mitigate the spread of the disease and to keep our housing counseling and homebuyer education class clients safe, we are instituting the following procedures:Effective immediately, Frameworks CDC’s has discontinued all person-to-person contact.All Frameworks CDC meetings with the public have been postponed to dates as yet to be determined.Frameworks CDC has always offered online Homebuyer Education Classes. All participants are welcomed to register for the online Homebuyer Education classes here: https://frameworkscdc.org/homebuyer-education-class-details/Frameworks CDC will discontinue our one-on-one, face-to-face housing counseling until further notice and instead, will conduct all one-on-one Housing Counseling Sessions via telephone.Please stay tuned as our leadership team works diligently to develop alternative ways to serve you.
