In the mid 80’s, the company’s owner and president used car carriers in their profession and saw a need for certain improvements. In 1989, an improved 2-car “Roll Back” carrier was introduced and thus was the beginning of Dual-Tech, Inc.The Dual-Tech 2-Car “Roll Back” carrier is known by its users as a high quality, durable, low maintenance, and easy to operate system. Our motto is, “Built Stronger Than It Has to Be”. We custom build 10,000 to 20,000 lb. carriers for all qualified OEM makes and model truck chassis. The heart of the Dual-Tech system is a patented “QUAD RAIL” sub-frame, manufactured almost 30 years with no reported failures. I opened my towing business April 9, 2009. I bought a 1995 3500 HD that was very well used. I purchased my first new rollback in 2013, it was a 2013 Ram 5500 with a dual tech bed. In 2016, I purchased 4 2016 Ram 5500’s from John at Dual Tech. I was extremely impressed with his customer service, knowledge and expertise. In 2018, I went back to John and Terri when I traded in 2 Ram 5500s for 2 medium duty trucks and purchased 2 more Ram 5500s. I highly recommend John and Terri! I will only do my business with them because of their professionalism. They are great people with a great product! Keith Kaylor I started buying roll backs from Dual Tech in the 1990's. Don had a small shop in Auburndale, FL. Most of the employees were his family. He had a lot of new designs that were very strong and maintenance free.I first was buying IHC DT466. In 2000 we went to Sterling's, in 2007 we changed to Freightliners, and in 2014 we changed to Hinos; all Dual Tech beds. Over the past 25 years I have bought 23 Dual Tech beds.
