Those that would like to be involved as an OSAC member, affiliate or on a Scientific Technical Review Panel in the OSAC 2.0 process must apply/reapply using the following link: OSAC application form. Applications will be kept on file for three years only. After this application “reset” and to keep future data current, applications will be kept on file for only three years. After three years, members and affiliates must re-apply. The application pool will be purged on a rolling basis each year on October 1.
