Linda Girdler :5 blocks of concrete at the bottom of my stairs leading into my home they were highly damaged I was always falling on the broken concrete.It went very well the 5 blocks were damaged and uneven I was always falling. I recently had major back surgery and was always worried about falling again it not only looks great it is so smooth and even. They were very nice and on time and showed that they really care about their work I am so very pleased with the workers and the great job they did didn't worried about the permit they did it for me. They responded to my first call within 24 hours and providedwith a quote within 48 hours.Since my job was relatively small, they explained how they would provide my services at the end of the week as they were finishing a larger job in the area.My only concern was that they meet all the local city building code requirements. They not only assured me they would satisfy those requirements, but also pledged to do so in the written contract.As the work progressed, I observed each step of the process to be appropriate and professional.I was particularly impressed that after the work was done, they had someone stay behind fora period of time to insure that no would vandalize their work by scratching initials or comments into the wet cement.The job is now complete and the resultsare excellent.I would also like to note that I actually received a lower price quotation. However, based upon responsiveness and my perception of their knowledge of their business, I felt more comfortable paying a little more for a more professional organization.I will certainly contact Addis for future concrete needs.
