I thank God for him. His staff is wonderful. Love the friendliness. They will help anyway they can. The doctors here are world class. Really impressed with the evaluation and feedback they offer. If you are looking for a place I wouldn t go anywhere else. Each time I have had kidney stones, they have not wasted any time getting me in and taking care of me. They are very good, and I would highly recommend them. They were really good with my husband, and explained everything they were going to do and were very helpful. After years of suffering with one UTI after another, one of my doctors referred me to Dr. Rookis and what a life changer that s been! She is incredible, understanding, empathetic, and female! Thank you Dr. V. Michael Bivins for being a great Dr. and changing my life! I had a great experience at the Homewood and Hoover offices. The staff is efficient, kind, caring and helpful. Nurse Victor at the Homewood office gets a gold star! Thank you Dr. Bivins and the rest of the gang for your kindness. Dr. Brewer is the BEST urologist in America in my opinion. My daughter has been seen by several urologists and hospitalized multiple times over the last several months with severe flank pain. Her tests didn t show anything that would cause the kind of pain that she reported. Dr. Brewer took the time to listen and research and thought she had a rare condition in which a vein causes blockage in her ureter. He operated and corrected it today. We are so thankful for him and his sweet staff who always took good care of her! I have had chronic stones for many years. I ve been seeing Dr. Poole for many years, and just recently had to use Dr. Strang, and they are probably the BEST urologists in the Birmingham area. I have always received great, attentive care (which is a rarity these days), from both the physicians, and the support staff. Highly recommended for anyone that needs urological care! I love this place! Dr. Thomas Holley is an amazing doctor. Another person that stands out is Mr. Victor, the guy that takes care of CT scans. He is an asset to this office. Returning for a scan to be sure you remain cancer free is a very scary thing. His bedside manner and personality are perfect for people like myself. He goes above and beyond what he is expected to do. To all men who have had, or will have, prostate issues, I can truly recommend to the very highest level possible Dr. Tully and Dr. Holly. Dr. Tully did my radial prostate surgery using the DaVinci machine and the results were outstanding. I could not be happier! Additionally, my father-in-law had his bladder removed by Dr. Holly and between he and a guest surgeon (Dr. Thompson) they literally saved his life. What was supposed to take around three hours ended up taking around eight hours. It was close to a miracle that occured that day and my family will be eternally grateful. 3485 Independence Dr. Homewood, AL 35209 205-930-0920 205-445-0115 (fax)
