上海微系统所在国内率先研制成功球墨铸铁，成功解决了包钢高含氟铁矿的冶炼和稀土元素回收。六十年代中期，发展微电子和集成电路制造技术，与工业部门合作研制出国内第一块工业实用PN结隔离集成电路、ECL高速电路和国内第一块8位、16位微处理器。八十年代中期，开展微电子机械系统（MEMS）和绝缘体上硅（SOI）材料研究，居国内领先地位，并在国际上占据了重要的一席之地。突破了多功能复合传感器等关键技术，确立了特种宽带无线传感网系统解决方案，实现了在我国相关单元的大规模应用和通信体制由窄带向宽带的技术跨越。研制成功国内第一颗基于SOI材料的0.13um工艺大规模高可靠专用集成电路ASIC芯片，应用于北斗导航卫星等国家关键工程，为我国航天核心元器件的自主可控奠定坚实基础。Websites to related : Queen's University Belfast: Shap
