Sigray has developed a 3D x-ray microscope with leading submicron spatial resolution reaching down to 0.5 um spatial resolution and unprecedented contrast capabilities. The system complements the Sigray TrilambaXRM, by providing access to a larger lengthscale and larger sample sizes. Sigray is nearly doubling its floorspace by leasing an additional 10,000 sq ft of office space. This additional space will be used to support the company’s rapid growth in the X-ray microscopy and microanalysis industry.
