200hp street 95 InchTurbos...at 13 PSI. Daily drivers. For bigtwins since 1980. 25 PSI capable.LSR 2-1 Designs Our 42th Year...Racing, Street,TouringFor Harley Davidson Big Twins, V-Rods and Sportsters:Carl and Lesa Pelletier'sTop Fuel Harley. Steve Heidner riding...As Carl says "Nitro is forracing...Gasoline is for washing parts!". We made Carl a 2-1 collectortool and he fabbed up the exhaust...Probably the fastest andbiggest 2-1 we've been involved with..into the sixes at over 200 mph.Since the mid 1970's wehave been constantly involved in racingactivities. If you check around you will find that few exhaust manufacturers havebeen actively involved in organized competition themselves, oneof which is RB Racing.... Road Racing, Drag Racing, Endurance Racingand Land Speed Racing. This is not a plumbingexercise and we build 2-1exhausts which come in two different primary tube sizes in five majorproduct ranges and three different finishes...totalling over 700 partnumbers as far back as Shovelheads. One size does not fit all at RBRacing...no discs, no falsies, and no fluted billet butt plugs.LSR 2-1 Exhaust Systems (Note:We Build to Order)E-mail or Call Questions about fitment https://www.rbracing-rsr.com/contact.htmMade to Order: We offer over 700numbers in three different finishes, including different finishes forthe heat shields which are, necessarily, priced separately. Inaddition, all exhaust systems are available in both 1 3/4" and 2"primary tube diameters and in five different product ranges. We covereverything from Shovelheads to obsolete Clone Bikes as well as odd-ballrequests like 145 Inch RSD customs. As for different cylinder heads:OEM, STD, S S B1, S S B2 (4 bolt 2 bolt), S S B3 andothers are tooled for.It does get complicated. There is no way to pre-configure and stock allthese variations which iswhy we build to order and why we cannot offer same day shipping. All systems (save the S SB1/B2/B3 heads) mandatorily require:00-1000Billet Gaskets (2) Evo/TC 88 $9.9500-1001 Exhaust Nuts (4) Evo/TC 88 $3.0000-1002 M8/Twin Cam/Evo/Evo Sportster, Machined from Billet, Steel 2Bolt Flange and clips (set: 2flanges, 2 clips); Chrome $34.95Heatshields are priced separately.Orders and Payment: You can order atanytime Online 24/7,or call. If there are any questions about the order we will call you toconfirm specific details such as year and model number as well asdetails like Oxygen sensor type, wider tires, master cylinder locationcustom frames and the like. You must provide Credit Card details at thetime of order either on our Secure SSL OnlineOrder Formor when you call. You will be charged when the exhaust goes to outsidefinishing as this locks your custom order into a Chrome, Silver Ceramicor Black Dual Coat Ceramic finish. As all orders are custom they mustbe paid for at that time. It takes typically ten working days toschedule and make the part and then the parts are grouped andtaken for outside finishing.E-mails to RB Racing sayingyou want something is not an actual order. Either order Online 24/7or call in your order. All private parties and Independent Shops mustprovide Credit Card information at the time of the order. FranchisedHarley-Davidson Dealers can provide credit card details at the time ofshipment.Shipping Costs: Paid separately viaCredit Card at time of shipment, typically two weeks after parts havebeen sent for finishing. Wedo not know actual costs until the part is in the box, packed, sealed, and run through the FedEx system for the shipping and insurance amount.Prices vary due to weight, box dimensions, and destination. In general, shipping within the Continental United States (not Alaska and Hawaii)via FedEx Ground runs $50.00 to $90.00 depending on the size and weightof the box. We only ship Postal to Canadadue to issues related to payment of customs duties, which runs about$150.00 US. We deliver the boxesto FedEx and the US Post Office once a day. Overseas: FedEx Economy AirDoor to Door delivery (Great Rates System). We have to negotiate forthe best day/rate which runs$250.00 or more. Some foreign locations can be shipped US Postal Airfor the mid $150.00 range. Some foreign customers have freightforwarders and or their own FedEx account. We do not ship UPS.Order Status: We get lots ofphone calls asking for "Order status"...This just slows the processdown.People politely ask "How is it going"...in reality they just want theirparts "Now". Politeness tends to fade quickly with some people. Thesedays with smart phones in everyone's hands, we get bombarded with"order status" e-mails when people have a mental moment of boredom intheir screen-filled days. Yourparts can be in fabrication, in post-polishing or can be scattered inthree different directions at once like chromers, coaters, or in finalassembly. We only can give a realistic estimate of completion i.e.shipping when all the parts sent for outside finishing. Typically, whenparts return from outside finishing, they are shipped in that week orthe beginning of the next week as we have to gather up all the hardwareand put the parts back together in the same order they were madeincluding heat shields and specialized mounting systems.Note: All parts of ourexhaustsystems, including heat shields, are serialized for order and partnumbers. This way we know who ordered the system, when it was sold, andwhat the part was made for. We keep a data base on all orders withcomplete details about the part when it was originally shipped.Five Harley Davidson LSR2-1 Product Ranges(1): LSR 2-1 Black Hole: Oursoundcancelling Black Hole design. I rodewith the original Screaming Eagle exhaust for the first 450 miles butthe bike felt severely restricted and was way too quiet. I could alsofeel that it was straining to get up to the higher RPM range. That swhen I received and installed your system and what a difference itmade. I could immediately feel the benefits of a free flowing exhaust. Not only was the power and torque greatly increased but it s a lotquicker to accelerate to through the RPM ranges. The benefits in soundquality were also astounding. I can still cruise through populatedareas while generating a very reasonable high performance sound andavoid making the man cranky but when it s time to pour the coal to it,you exhaust will also make the bike sound like a Fire Breathing Dragonand holy shit it is fast.As with the Black Hole system I had on my 2013 road Glide Custom thefolks I ride with like the quality of the sound and comment it s nottoo loud and can even be amazingly quiet when I need it to be. Asalways, the fit and finish is perfect and with 6,000 miles on the bikenow the chrome is still flawless and the system looks better than theoriginal or the other aftermarket exhausts out there. I would recommendyour LSR 2-1 Black Hole system to anyone who wants high performance anda very good quality sound without being obnoxiously loud. Thanks for producing a really great exhaust system and an excellentAmerican Made product. Well, weare fixtured for them with a newmuffler design that takes into account the increased compressionand displacement. No matter what peoplesay, this is an emissions-designed engine with a lot of compression, locked in place valve adjustment and camshafts that are simply going togive you next to zero in gains for your hard earned money in changingthe exhaust. Every exhaust manufacturer wants your $$$. We don't. John knew that many of the early pioneers had eitherpassed away or, if still kicking, he needed to get the interviews andthe back stories documented before it was too late. John went on afive year journey all over the country to interview the racers, tuners, fabricators and event organizers to nail down their exploits before itall disappeared into the ether. The fire in their souls, the innovation, the creativity, and the fiercedetermination is all in full view in John's documentary. It's a periodin time that cannot be duplicated which is fully explained by dragracing legend Terry Vance and master fabricator Sandy Kosman. They took Suzuki's Pro Stock sponsorship money withthem.Russ innovated drag racingand took it to a new level. White leathers and showmanship. Doubles, triples, rear engine, V8's, supercharged 4 cylinders, 4-1 exhausts,Cobra motors, Weber carbs, aluminum Golden Rods, zoomienitro headers, Hilborn injectors, Magnetos and the victory cigar. VanceHines learned while working for Russ and took the model on the road forthemselves. Russ once went through the lights at about 170 mph withouta motorcycle, ended up in a wheelchair, and then climbed on his V8Sorcerer. The rest is history as they say.Russ went on to gainworld-class status with his Fuel Injector Business and was the first toput in advanced testing and flow equipment for both fuel injectors andfuel pumps. Russ closed down his motorcycle operation and kept his handin racing by driving Bill Miller's TopFuel Dragster. Russ was always aracer first and businessman second. He retired a number of yearsago to Palm Springs where he played golf everyday. Russ passed away during atrip to Hawaii...not in an assisted living facility or a wheelchair. Hewas 74. Cancer finally got him butno one got him at the XMas tree. He was called "The Assassin" for goodreason. A nice guy and technically very, very, smart. Glad we knew him.2013 Las Vegas Top FuelBreathing Nitro fumes andrunning 6.53 and 204 mph Carl Pelletier and Steve Heidner are back at Las Vegas.Only a few races on theWest Coast these days. Fifteen Top Fuelers to entertain the crowd.Addictions are expensive.46 Years Later..RVN 1967to 2013...196 mph Bonneville RecordBob Bennett is a longtime Bonneville competitor, holds a number of records, is knocking onthe door on a 200 mph record, and has the distinction of having hisname engraved on the Viet Nam Memorial Wall as KIA even though he isquite alive. In 2013 Bob has dedicated his new record to the 32men who died in his unit.. Alpha Company.Bob hit a peak speed 203mph with his normally aspirated 1650cc class Sportster. The GPSSpeedo's first red light illuminates at exactly 200 mph with thedigital display's memory displaying the exact peak mph reached duringthe run. Bob hit 203 mph without a turbo or supercharger.Bob writes: "Attached are a few pictures of mybike at speedweek last year. The tail section has the 32 names of the men in myCompany that were KIA in 1967. The bike number 3399 represents 3rd Bat39th Inf. 9th Ind Div. Bob Bennett" They say adrenaline searsmajor events in your memory that makes them so clear you relive themover and over again. As you get older the short term day to day crapgets less important and fades quickly. Bob returned to Viet Namrecently to retrace his path and to pay honor, by way of remembrance, those who were with him that died. Bob got rained out in 2014as both SpeedWeek and the World Finals were cancelled. He'll be backafter missing the better conditions at 2018 SpeedWeek as he wasinvolved with a move to a different state. In 2019 Conditions wereterrible. He'll be ready if the saltis. The salt is only a thin crust these days.Bob returned in 2020 andset a record @197 MPH.There are a lot of vets atBonneville. As opposed to Bob Bennett and other vets, there areothers like Henry Louie below.Postscript: Henry EnsignLouieWe met Henry Louie viaLuftmeister whom we had helped to secure a 200 mph El Mirage record ona BMW. We ended up turbocharging two Suzuki GSXR turbos for Henry..onewhich he paid for and one which he did not...so we repoed the secondturbo kit. During the time we were around Henry he claimed to be a havebeen Naval fighter pilot. He also claimed to have his personal F4Phantom Jet which he flew to St Louis for lunch. He also claimed to bea Korean War veteran flying jet aircraft in that conflict "goingeyeball to eyeball with the enemy pilots". He also claimed to haveflown the reconnaissance missions over the Bridge at Toko Ri, as seenin archival footage.. When mentioned we had been in Viet Nam inMilitary Intelligence Henry said he had been in Laos and Cambodia onspecial electronic warfare sensor projects. For his Harleyacquaintances in Boise he also claimed to have been a Harley racer andDistrict Champion in the late 1940's. Henry, at various times, claimed to have climbed Mt Everest, been a marathon champion and, nomatter what subject you brought up he had done it either better, waybefore you, or he had things which were more expensive or better thananything you had.We shepherded him into thedouble two club at Bonneville and El Mirage in his first year ofcompetition, which is pretty much unheard of. We went with him to theSCTA Bonneville awards dinner where he got his double 200 mphrecognition and jackets and he did not once mention RB Racing. Henryhad to be guided...He could not even remember to turn on his fuelpetcock or keep his gas tank full at Bonneville...He was too busywalking around in his Kushitani leathers playing politics and tellingstories about himself. Henry wrangled himself to become the Presidentof the SCTA...mostly based on his speed records and his donations ofjackets and other items.Henry ended up selling hisSuzuki Dealership (Del Amo Motorsports) and moved to Boise to partnerin Big Twin BMW. At his retirement we found out he claimed to have beenan admiral. Now if you had risen through the Officer ranks in the Armylike we had and our friends had..the claim that Henry had been anAdmiral was a bit too much to take so we decided to make some checks.Admirals are North of Naval Captains and Army Colonels. We always knewhe was a liar but we wanted to check. We contacted The FakeWarrior Project and they found no service records whatsoever for HenryEnsign Louie. Our Harley friends at Brother Speed in Boise could findno records anywhere of Henry ever racing Harleys in the late 1940's. Here's a report fromthe NATIONAL PERSONNEL RECORDS CENTERStolen Valor is a crimethese days. Henry is now in his mid to late 80's, blind from cataractsand in a rest home in Salt Lake City where he preaches his stories tothe staff and residents of his nursing home. Addendum: Henry passed away with his lies intact in 2017. Somedocuments uncovered later showed he was a drafted and possibly servedas a Corporal in the Army for 1 year and 11 months in 1949-1950...NoNavy, No Admiral, never was a pilot. Just Lies. Doc Sweeney: "Trip done:5950 miles 28 States in 9 days. Bike performed well"Doc Sweeney and his RB Racing Intercooled TC88 Turbo on amarathon 28 state run. Genuine Pinto gas tank along for the ride. The TC88 was shipped infrom Hawaii. All 50 States.New V-Rod TurbosRB Racing's new V-Rod Intercooled 360 hp turbos.Hey, they have been around for a decade. Like on any Harley packagingand engineering out a proper turbo system is difficult. We started onthem a few years back but our racing activities at Bonneville tookprecedence. We are always booked up with our projects but we robbedsome time and finished up our earlier work. Money, resources, time andmanpower are always the limit in business. It chews up a lot of all ofthese to tool up for a new product. These are 11.5:1 motors andrequire lower compression turbo pistons...Don't let anyone else tellyou otherwise.New V-Rod ExhaustsPectel SQ6M Engine ManagementFor our racing projects atBonneville and our own 360 hp Road GlideTurbo we have upgraded to PectelCosworth SQ6MEngine Controllers. These offer total control of fuel, spark, tractioncontrol, fly-by-wire throttle, wastegates, and anything you can thinkof. Also, many things you would never think of. The SQ6M controls theElectronic Throttle as well as our 1000psi water injection system on our 126" ORCA Road Toad and our 139"ORCA Bonneville motor. ID2000cc Injectors.SimulationHere we are running tests on the 139" Bonnevile Bullett'sprogramming: 6700 RPM with a soft rev cut at 6750 RPM; 30 PSIBoost;5th Gear 312 MPH; ID2000cc Injectors; 2640cc fuel @ 43.5 PSI; 500 HP;testing wheel slip and Traction Control settings. Pectel SQ6M Controller.MotorsportsMil-Spec WiringWe're two-wheeled, notfour-wheeled racers and, although we've raced at LeMansontwo wheels, these days we go to the Bonneville Salt Flats. Electricalwiring and wiring harness problems are always major issues regardingreliability, so we put togther a resource for those who arecontemplating making "mil-spec" wiringharnesses. The Bonneville Salt Flats eats everything on your raceand support vehicles. Our high end race applications use Pectel Electronics and we have todesign the wiring harnesses in-house. This involves documentingeverything from wire specifications and color codes to each connectorand slice point as well as having all the tools and supplies to get thejob done. This is expensive, mostly time-wise, but poor wiringwill kill a race effort.2012 Las Vegas TopFuel Harley Joe Smith...The DragRacing Legend and three time Top FuelMotorcycle Champion1971, 1974 and 1975, stopped by our pits to look at the bike and talkto Steve Heidner about what else...Drag Racing. Called LSR 2-1 Pro Stock "RaceCat"systems, they are the most sophisticated race system that you can useon the street. Like all our systems they are custom made to order.Newly Redesigned RB Racing Harley Turbo SystemsLeft-mountedturbos and right mounted large 360 hp intercoolers..for Evos and TwinCams (Delphi). We like Road Glides which we call Road Toads....but theyjust aren't fast enough for us. We get a break from our BonnevilleBullett to introduce these new kits. You can't do both at the sametime...and doing stupid things like filling hotel room bathtubs athousand miles away from home full of beer and eating casino food takeprecedence. To take a short 8 psi boost ride on theRoad Toad we have posted two short videos on YouTube. The second one shows the fulldigital instrumentation.Chaindrive Twin Cam FL swingarms are necessary for high output Dresserslike our turbos or big inch high compression motors.126 ORCA...Building a 360 HP Road GlideIn case you want to seewhat it takes to build a 360hp Road Glide, we offer a build historyof our test bike where we develop new products for our racingactivities. A 360 hp couch is a good way to test what you race. We alsoget to make FLT/FLH chain drive swingarm conversions to hold the 360 hp.We made the exhausts forthe movie bike..actually several sets of them while the movie was beingplanned and finally shot. The bike became sort of famous for somereason. We put up a bit of historyof the affair for you to read. No money...just history as they say.Bob George...Time to ReflectBobGeorge crossed our path at a time in the 1980's and 90's when we weresetting Bonneville and El Mirage 200 mph records with Suzukis, BMWs,and Harleys. "Bob George" wasn't exactly a household name and we wereunaware of his accomplishments. We ended up getting involved withseriously deranged character who had a streamliner project who, inturn, introduced us to Bob George. After we got rid of the relationshipwith this nut case, who worked for the US Postal system and lived inhis Ford Van, we became friends with Bob George and found out about hishistory at Bonneville.Aboveis pictured the record setting double-engined, nitro burning,Shovelhead powered, Jammer Liner...designed and built by Bob George.Business partners Mil Blair and Joe Teresi sort of took over Bob'sproject. Mil went his way with Jammer Products and Joe Teresi splitwith control of Easyriders Magazine. Bob George is third from the left.Bob ended up losing the liner...and the recognition.Yearslater the same liner was re-skinned in aluminum and rebuilt by JoeTeresi of EasyRiders Magazine. Tech honchos like Keith Ruxton and MicahMcCloskey made it go. Dave Camposagain was the pilot and 322 mph wasthe result. Still Bob George's design. 322 mph. Water cooled Barrelspatented by Bob George.BobGeorge built another liner on hisown dime, the "Millenium Falcon", andwe built the "robo-skids" for it and helped crew it inseveral trips toBonneville, again with Dave Campos as the driver. Dave ended up gettinga 200 mph gas record with it in testing and, at one point, Don Vescowas to ride it but Don convinced Dave to stay with the project. Bobspent every penny he had on it and finally had to sell it. Streamlinersare a fatal disease, financially.Bob George center in the red shirt. Kent Riches (Airtech)ended up withthe chassis and shell. We kept the actual Eagle cum Falcon doll thatrode with Dave. It goes with us each year to Bonneville. Mike Geokanended up with a 93" engine from the last stages of the project and putit in hisfamous (retired) Blue Bike..Bob George 230 MPHShovelheadBob used to kick start hisdouble engined Shovelhead dragster and reel off 145 mph quartermiles...about 40 years ago. Then it went to Bonneville with both BobGeorge and Dave Campos doing the riding. BobGeorge's famous "Double"...231 mph Bonneville record holder in theearly 1970's with Dave Campos riding. This bike was fragile butserious. It really got Dave's attention as he didn't really wind it outand the wind was pulling the lightweight fiberglass apart on his recordrun. Bob George in the white hat. Plywood bracing was added to keep thetop of the windscreen from folding over at over 200 mph. Bob patentedthe water cooled cylinders. In the late 80's andearly 90's we were running 203 mph with our high tech Suzukis, 206 mphwith our BMWs, and 199mph with Mike Geokan's Turbo Harley and here BobGeorge had gone 217 mph unfaired on the Double and Dave ran 231 mphwith the fairing...about 20 years before we did it. Bob "lost" theDouble for many years and when it was finally returned to him we endedup helping him restore it. Careful examination of it made us feelpretty stupid and made it clear you don't adapt things forBonneville...you build things for Bonneville. Bye, Bye Suzukis...backto pushrod dinosaurs. That's why we are working on Mike Geokan'sBonneville Bullett...another fatal disease.Wewere to drive Bob and his ex wife Roberta Linn up to Bonneville in 2010for Mike Cook's Shoot Out Meet but Bob's health had declined and hepassed away in his rocking chair a few months later. We once asked Bobwhat the Double would run if it was brought up to modernspecs...without hesitation he said "275mph"...think about it. It was ahonor to work with him and know him. Leo Hess has the "Double" these days.Leo also got bit big time by streamliners in a majorcrash in 2010. Saltaddiction. Be warned.Top Fuel Las Vegas 2011Follow Steve Heidner on the CompetitionMotorcycles Top Fuel Motorcycle as he qualifies for and races atthe NHRA meet in Las Vegas in November 2011. Vegas 2010...Top FuelWestCoast AHDRA events are about non-existant in today's economy so, if youwant to race and you're on the West Coast, it's about 5,000 miles ofdriving before you get to the place where you can blow up your toy insearch of a small purse. Less people are willing to do this. No Pomona,no Las Vegas, no Bakersfield...only Arizona and Woodburn. To get theNHRA interested in putting on a death-defying, crowd pleasing, nitronoise making addition to their event calendar, seventeen Top Fuelerswere organized by Fast Lane Motorcycles to show what bikers can bringto the equation. Carl Pelletier of Competition Motorcyleswent to be part of the show and test some new equipment. Here's some photos.Breaking News For the latest information in the twowheeled market read the news that will impact your two-wheeledlifestyle in our new Breaking News Section.New Harley models, Harley's recession plans, Buell's disappearing actand the new Harley Predator Drone.GPSSpeedometerOnHarleys the speedometer is usually driven off of the transmission. Ifyou spin the tire, change gear ratios, or even change tire sizes thespeedometer is no longer accurate. Then there is the issue that thespeedometers are not designed for 250 mph or even anything past 120 to160 mph. This situation is not exactly made for Bonneville where youare running past 200 mph, spinning the tire, searching for traction, and putting 300 mph Goodyear Land Speed Record tires to the test.Wefigured the best way out of this was to equip the Bonneville Bullettwith a GPS (Global Positioning System) speedometer. When we checkedaround we found some GPS units for boats but nothing made for a 250 mphBonneville Harley. The only option was to make a GPS Speedometer.Four satellites will triangulate the Bullett in three dimensional spaceand Mike can have a dead accurate speedometer that never needs to becalibrated.Smokey Yunick..Innovator, Racer and MoreThesedays people just buy parts and "go racing". They argue endlessly about"this and thats" : Which cam to run; Which cylinder head specialist touse; or who should do this or that for your project. Smokey did it all, and, along the way, left a trail of brilliant innovations and areputation for original thinking that endures to this day. These dayspeople have given up on learning and innovation and endlessly leafthrough catalogs blissfully unaware of the underlying fundamentals.Drop out of school because it's too hard and skip the school of hardknocks...just remember because you were born you're "due".Astime passes, rules and organization strangle innovation and originalthinkers. Run whatca brung philosophies are being left to street racersand places like Bonneville. For an interesting short read on Smokey wesuggest a Untold Stories: Daytonaabout the early NASCAR days.Whygo to Mars when you can sit in front of your widescreen and watch theDisney Channel? Better yet, read some unedited (not cleaned up) bookson Smokey's life.Buy the Damn Book...Or steal it if you're wearingtennis shoesIf you want to enjoy some history we suggest youpurchase the three volume setof Smokey Yunick's chronicles of his long racing career and life. Therearen't many original thinkers around and most of them don't do a damnthing. Smokey was different and a genuine legend in American motorsporthistory. If you just happened on the scene we suggest you buy hisbooks. It's the most entertaining and best investment you'll ever make.Buy the books!!!!RSR Bonneville Gear IndicatorIfyou ve ever tried to shift into high gear when you were already in highgear, or any one of those times you simply were in the wrong gear atthe wrong time, you will understand the need for a digital geardisplay. You can t look at gear shift because there is no H pattern,no blinking skull, only a little lever down by your left foot that isspring loaded to go back to the same point after every up or downshift. 1N23456...5432N1...23456 ad infinitum.Knowingthe gear you are in makes your driving faster, safer, and moreefficient. Less mistakes is always a better deal. We got frustratedwith the lack of a suitable digital gear position indicator so we made one.2" Shovelhead Pro StockWehand make all our LSR 2-1 Pro Stock systems but a 2" Shovelheadrequires a lot more work. Sort of an odd request, but this one is for along term customer of ours who has set numerous records with Shovelswith our exhausts and is now planning to go to Bonneville with a built113". The pipe is a 2" LSR 2-1 Pro Stock 00-1381 and is headed off fora Silver Ceramic finish. Customer runs a ported Super"D" withThunderjets and a ram air system. Youcan't get a 2" pipe at the ports as we can on our other systems so wehave to "bell" the 1 3/4" into the 2" primaries. Front primary slipsand the exhaust is designed for the taller engine. The customer askedfor O2 ports so we installed them.Go see the movieif you can find it showing somewhere on a large screen. It isspectacular. It is also out on DVD and available from sources likeAmazon.com For more detailed info on BurtMunro and his Indian.Bonneville Porting Wheneverwe do something serious like our 139" Bonneville ORCA motor we defer tothe experts, especially when we are dealing with raw, unfinished portsthe size of a dime. BranchO'Keefeis simply the best in the business and even Jerry Branch (retired) gotinvolved in the decision making. Take a look at some ports that about90 years cummulative experience came up with. All John O'Keefe andJerry Branch asked was what we thought the exhaust ports should be likein terms of flow based on our 30 years of turbocharger experience. Weall agreed on a number and this is what the result was. Ports for 400+horsepower.If you want the best cylinder head workfor your Twin Cam, Evo or even Shovelhead contact Branch O'Keefe. That's what we do and have done since 1976 when Jerry prepared ourcylinder heads for the 24 hour Endurance racers we built and took tothe 1977 Bol D'Or in France. John O'Keefe knows you don't want "downtime" so he has an exchange program for cylinder heads. Harley has madea lot of changes in their castings and it's best to go with BranchO'Keefe as differences in machining, alloys, and specifications cancause problems if you deal with porters who don't have the inventoryand the experience.Johndoes not have "homing pigeons" like other outfits where seats comeloose, the work is sloppy, or cheap valves that stick or gall areinstalled. He treats every head they produce as if it was his own. Sortof rare these days. John has a killer setup for 103" Dressers.Dual and Single RSR O2 MetersAnodized Billet Mounts andStainless Brackets are available for 1.00" and 1.250" handlebars. Duallaser cut brackets allow mounting at the handlebar clamp (horizontal)or on the upward sweep of the handlebars. For EFi sequential injection our new RSR Dual Air Fuel Gaugedisplays the fuel mixture in both the front and rear cylindersseparately. The gauge is housed in a hard anodized round enclosure in astandard 2" format with a 2.250" bezel, center back mount, with a 5/16"x 18 stainless socket head cap screw. The gauge will show fuel ratiosfrom 17:1 to 12.0:1 (or richer). The gauge is visible in daylight andautomatically dims for nighttime operation.Scale is, left to right, lean to rich:three greens, three yellows, two orange and two red l.e.d.s.Thewhite arrow indicates the maximum power mixture, the second orangelight, which is 13.2:1. Transitory enrichments should not, if theengine is warm ( 200F Oil temp), go past the first red light.Readings at the far right side of the scale, the second red light, aresimply too rich. Proper closed loop operation will cycle back and forthfrom green to orange around the center of the display. It is simply the best way to evaluatethe tune of your motorcycle and saves valuable dyno time. Mountedpermanently. Waterproof.Compatiblewith OEM narrowband sensors. Can be supplied with new high temperatureBosch narrowband sensors. Far right photo shows gauge in dim lightconditions at maximum power setting.New ORCA Tachometers Tachsare an essential aid to tuning, racing and shifting under race ornormal riding conditions. Since the 1970's we have been racing in oneform of competition or another and have always been pissed off at manyof the tachometers that either were "slow", hard to read, or simplyfell apart. We've developed ananalog/digital tach that addresses many of the issues we had withprevious tachometers. We developed the tach for use on our ORCA motors and as part of an instrumentationpackage on Mike Geokan's Bonneville Bullett.3" Diameter.Wealso have ORCA GPS speedometers and odometers coming. The engines sort ofshuffled the Evo deck a bit, putting the oil pump in the front and thefilter where the oil pump was. Then they stuck the carb out the leftside. Must have been designed using mirrors. The chassis are quasi-Softails with a Monoshocksuspension.Peoplehad to redo these engines as the Taiwan cranks and the various USAparts didn't get made on the same blueprint. Enough have beenstraightened out that we are making exhausts for them. The company isgone but the name lives on in the hands of new owners. Waterproof andHarley-proof they cannot be killed.1981 we've been running water injection systems on our race bikes.Water is always a bit of a problem over the long run as it is corrosiveand is difficult to meter correctly. Getting it correct requires a bitof reseach. Thankfully most of the research was done 60 years ago onWW2 piston aero engines. We've created a new RSR Water Injection Calculator to take theguesswork out of water injection. We have produced a more sophisticated Professional Rake and Trail Calculator toallow you to enter different wheelbases as well as rear tire dimensionsand different fork lengths to see what happens geometry-wise. We alsohave our Advanced Rake and Trail Calculatorthat will figure out your trail for your existing setup. Sines,Cosines, Tangents, Radians and inverse functions meet a jungle of domtubing and dreams of the open road. The Bonneville Bullett has a separateoil systemfor the turbocharger which keeps engine oil and turbo oil separate. Atimer system allows the engine to be "killed" and the oil pressure tothe turbo will be maintained for another programmed amount, up to 90seconds. A separate oil reservoir has been fabricated with internalbaffles to hold the special synthetic turbocharger oil. With shaftspeeds of 100,000 rpm and high dollar turbochargers, oil failure is notan option.Take a tourof what it takes to build a 200mph six second Top Fuel drag racingmotorcycle.
