In 1965 The Columbia County Guidance Health Center opened in Portage, Wisconsin above the Graham Drug Store, in what was once the Portage Clinic and Hospital in the late 1800’s. As of 2019 we have mental health clinics in Portage, Columbus, Richland Center, Prairie du Sac, Reedsburg, Baraboo and Madison. We provide services for depression, anxiety, addiction, and so much more. We are compassionate professionals ready to serve your psychological needs. All services are being provided by video conference or phone. If you prefer, some of therapists are seeing people in-person. Our Portage, Reedsburg, Columbus, and Richland Center offices are able to see people in-person. Screening questions and temperature checks will be done when you first arrive. Mask must be worn and social distancing will be set in place. We are leaving time between clients to allow for proper sanitation and cleaning. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
