Désigné par le ministère chargé de l'environnement, le Laboratoire Central de Surveillance de la Qualité de l’Air (LCSQA) est l'organisme chargé d’assurer la coordination technique du dispositif de surveillance de la qualité de l’air en France. Le LCSQA résulte d’une collaboration forte entre trois partenaires dont les métiers se complètent pour assurer cette coordination : l’Institut National de l'Environnement Industriel et des Risques (INERIS), le Laboratoire National de métrologie et d’Essais (LNE) et l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure Mines-Telecom Lille Douai (IMT Lille Douai). Le LCSQA est constitué en Groupement d’Intérêt Scientifique (GIS), permettant ainsi à ses trois membres de confirmer la pertinence de ce mode de fonctionnement, à la fois réactif et adaptable aux besoins, sans frais de structures propres.Créé dans un premier temps afin d’apporter un support scientifique et technique aux pouvoirs publics et aux Associations Agréées de Surveillance de la Qualité de l’Air (AASQA) tout en contribuant au développement, à la modernisation et l'harmonisation des réseaux de surveillance, le LCSQA est aujourd’hui l’organisme national de référence requis par les directives européennes. Ses missions sont définies dans l’arrêté du 19 avril 2017 relatif au dispositif national de surveillance de la qualité de l’air ambiant.<<< Thank you for your visit >>>
