Big Box music retailers have warehouses full of instruments that are shipped out the moment they are purchased, often times without any kind of inspection.Because we are a smaller store, we get the opportunity to play, test, and inspect every single instrument we ship out. But it doesn't stop there, either. Our repair team performs a setup on each instrument before we ship it out. When you get the guitar, it will play as comfortable as we can get it.

It All Starts in the Box
We don't sell guitars that we wouldn't play ourselves. It's that easy! When we receive an instrument, we inspect the guitar, taking note of at least 50 quality requirements. If the instrument doesn't pass the test, we ship it right back to the manufacturer. That means you get the best of the best.

All of our sales staff have spent a large portion of their life playing professionally. That means we know what gear will hold up and what gear won't. We've played shows that have gone great, and we've played shows we would rather forget... but that just helps us help you in choosing the right piece of gear, the first time.
