You know when you meet Leighsa Montrose that she is one of those people who is doing exactly what she was meant to do in life. Her path began with a formal education in floriculture at the City College of San Francisco and led her to launch Branch Out in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1993. She was inducted into the prestigious American Institute of Floral Designers in 1996 and into the industry's speaker's bureau, Professional Floral Communicators International in 2010. She has been a filmed speaker and presenter at The American Institute of Floral Designers Symposium and Cater Source Conference and has regularly lectured on floriculture and event design, as well as mentoring and teaching design classes and workshops. Her events and designs have been featured on television (AXS TV), in books (Bouquets To Art, By Recommendation Only, Susie Coelho's Style Your dream Wedding), and in many nationwide bridal, home design and current event publications (Bride and Bloom, California Home and Design, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, Inside Weddings, Lucky, People, San Francisco Bride, The Knot, Today's Bride). Her production experience includes, but is not limited to, large-scale activations, fundraising events, trade show exhibits, sponsorships, employee meetings, receptions, engagement events, galas, weddings and private parties.

Branch Out provides services throughout and beyond the extended San Francisco Bay Area including Sonoma County, Napa Valley and the Monterey Peninsula (Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach).
