Raatikka joined Sheet Metal Workers Local 10 in 1985. In 1998, he became an organizer for the local. In 2000, he ran for and was elected St. Cloud business agent and served for 20 years until health issues prompted an early retirement. Unveiling that sign just blew my mind, Raatikka said.
