Instead of expending our energies updating both current and new databases, we've decided that the only logical recourse is to fully concentrate on the new database(s) instead.Though the new database is yet to be fully completed—we still have a lot of work cut out for us—we're releasing an alpha version of the database with some sections enabled so that you guys will be able to enjoy the fruits of our labour now, as well as report to us any possible bugs that you may encounter. Sorry for it being long overdue! We'd like to apologise for any slowdown the server is experiencing to date due to an unprecedented amount of visitors that we're receiving. We're currently looking into the issue and hope to resolve the problem within the next 24-48 hours.In the meantime, we've disabled certain features like our Search function (and replaced it with Google's) and mouse hovering info to help us lighten the load a little. GMs will never ask for your username and password. Even Hidden Street staff will never ask for it.
