The public at large is hereby informed that: 1. Steel Authority of India Limited markets and sells its finished and semi-finished steel products through its unit i.e. Central Marketing Organisation which has its branch offices located in different states across India. 2. The contact numbers of Branch Managers for buying of steel products are available at SAIL’s official website: www.sail.co.in in the “Contact Us” section under the sub-link “Central Marketing Organisation.” 3. If any individual is asking to deposit any amount/earnest money deposit for steel products of SAIL in any bank account in the name of “Steel Authority of India Limited”, the same may be verified from the nearest Branch office of SAIL. 4. SAIL shall not accept any liability towards the representation made in any fraudulent transactions and such fraudulent transactions shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by SAIL.
