We have a laboratory with reactor assembly where experiments can be performed. We also have pilot scale assembly with 200 Ltr. S.S. 316 reactor, 1,5 Kl jacketed rubberlined vessel and 1.5 Kl rubberlined, tilelined vessel along with balancing equipments for small commercial production and for trial production. Testing at each stage of process is carried out and testing of final products, raw materials & effluents are done. We have adopted various facilities for testing such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Thin layer Chromatography, Nephalo Turbidity Meter, Ovens, Visible Spectrophotometer, Karl Fisher Apparatus, Descicator and Titration Systems,etc. Orgo–Chem is engaged into manufacturing of various dyes & pharma intermediates since 1967. We have installed modern facilities to produce various sulphonation products along with few nitration and reduction processes. We have adequate infrastructure and a dynamic team to produce the best quality and to ensure timely supplies. Moreover, we are suitably located in Surat, near India’s business capital – Mumbai. We also have a dedicated office in Mumbai for marketing and logistical support. We have testing facilities for quality control at each stage of the process.
