The terms of the policy will go into effect at the end of the first quarter marking period. This will allow club advisors and coaches time to speak with participating students about the changes. Schoology is a software platform organized by course that integrates classroom resources and materials along with communication tools in one system. During the 2019-20 school year, the high school will be transitioning to Schoology in preparation for a full Schoology implementation beginning in September 2020.
