Description:

Welcome! As you consider the many areas in which you could purchase a home, undoubtedly one of the things which will strike you about Four Seasons is its feel. It feels safe, quiet and reflects that quality we term pride of ownership. The reason Four Seasons feels this way is because these are the qualities of this neighborhood, and it is one of the major functions of our Homeowners Association (HOA) to foster and promote those qualities which make Four Seasons such a desirable place to live. The directors of our HOA welcome homeowner comments, questions and suggestions. The directors names and contact numbers are published regularly in the monthly Newsletter and can be found on this website. We look forward to meeting and greeting you and extending our personal welcome to this special place we call Four Seasons. The Board of DirectorsFour Seasons Homeowners Association15005 SW Village Lane Beaverton, OR 97007Latest newsletter, Oct. 4The Four Seasons newsletter is distributed electronically on the website and the listserv. The web page is called Four Seasons Assist. The intent of this program is to connect vulnerable or limited-mobility neighbors, or those with limited support systems, with volunteers willing to provide assistance at no charge. The idea is to connect neighbors one-to-one in an organized process.Once you submit an online Request Help form, the request will be shared with a volunteer who is willing to contact the requestor and fulfill the identified need for groceries, pharmacy supplies, limited yard assistance, garbage and yard debris bin transfer, or any similar need the requestor and volunteer agree to. It might be a request for something as simple as periodically checking-in with a neighbor who is feeling alone in an uncertain time.If the request involves expenditures and reimbursements for goods, those agreements are solely between the requestor and the volunteer fulfilling the request. It is recommended that payment and reimbursement be mutually agreed to in advance.A link to the Four Seasons Assist web page can be found on this page. Look for the FS Assist button at the top left, or there's a direct link here: https://sites.google.com/fourseasonshoa.net/assist/homeWe have received numerous inquiries from interested volunteers and those requesting assistance. The success of this community effort is dependent on having a sufficient pool of volunteers to fulfill the requests received. So please sign up today. Donate a few minutes of your time to connect and help a neighbor that needs a little non-monetary assistance. If you have a specific question, please contact Judy Schweitzer at: Volunteers@fourseasonshoa.netWe will get through this together!Update, April 8, 2020: There's a paper assistance form available here. Please print a copy to share with non-computer-using neighbors.Your Four Seasons Board and OfficersMarch 16, 2020City of Beavertonhttps://www.beavertonoregon.gov/2356/Novel-Coronavirus-COVID-19Washington Countyhttps://www.co.washington.or.us/HHS/CommunicableDiseases/covid-19.cfmOregon Health Science UniversityOregon https://www.ohsu.edu/health/coronavirus-resourcesOregon Health Authorityhttps://www.oregon.gov/oha/pages/index.aspxSign up for updates from the Oregon Health Authorityhttps://public.govdelivery.com/accounts/ORDHS/subscriber/new?topic_id=ORDHS_816Center for Disease Controlhttps://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.htmlHand-washing guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/handwashing/when-how-handwashing.htmlWorld Health Organizationhttps://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019
