NUEVAS REGLAS PARA EL 2017 El Servicio de Administraci n Tributaria (SAT) dio a conocer a trav s de su p gina de Internet: www.sat.gob.mx, un comunicado donde se ala que a partir de 2014, todos los contribuyentes que utilizan el esquema de Comprobante Fiscal Digital (CFD) deber n utilizar el esquema de Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) para la emisi n de sus facturas electr nicas. Todos los contribuyentes pueden adoptar la facturaci n electr nica, con independencia del nivel de ingresos que tengan. Quienes tengan ingresos menores o iguales a 250 mil pesos, podr n seguir utilizando facturas en papel. Para facturar electr nicamente solo se requiere la Firma Electr nica Avanzada, tramitar un certificado de sello digital y utilizar el servicio gratuito de facturaci n que ofrece el SAT o bien, escoger entre cualquiera de los 66 Proveedores Autorizados de Certificaci n que podr localizar en el Portal de Internet del SAT. Desde 2005, el Servicio de Administraci n Tributaria ha ido transitando de manera gradual hacia este nuevo esquema. El proceso de simplificaci n ha eliminado la facturaci n en papel a trav s de un impresor autorizado, que estuvo vigente hasta 31 de diciembre de 2012 y ahora el Comprobante Fiscal Digital, actualmente vigente, queda eliminado el 31 de diciembre de 2013. Todo lo anterior deriva de la publicaci n de la Segunda Resoluci n de Modificaciones a la Resoluci n Miscel nea Fiscal para 2013 (DOF 31 de mayo de 2013).
