As ofNovember 4, 2019, the automatic transfer of earned CE credits to the ASRT following the successful completion of an ASRT-approved course has been discontinued. Certificates of completion must now be sent to the ASRT manually, using one of the following methods: by email to cetrack@asrt.org by fax to 505.816.1951 by upload to the ASRT website at https://apps.asrt.org/ContinuingEducation/CertificateUpload.aspx by US Postal Service to 15000 Central Avenue, Albuquerque, NM 87123-3909 Credit Card Purchases. OnMonday, August17, 2020, we no longer allow for the purchase of Category A or A+ CE-approved credit and contact hours, and courses that are offered for free. The Global Course Catalog, also known as the Course Catalog, is no longer available for free courses or for purchasing courses by credit card. To obtain Category A or A+ CE-approved credits or contact hours, all self-learning activities currently in the learner’s My Learning Activities page, must be completed before the specified course expiration date, or before midnight US Eastern Time, on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 if the specified course expiration date is after September 30, 2020. CEU Account Users. CEU Accounts and Site IDs associated with a CEU account will no longer be availableonMonday, August 17, 2020. Organizations that have a CEU Account ID or Site ID associated with a CEU account will no longer be able to use the account to enroll in courses. Customers and employees who have been assigned training via a classroom in the OLC will be able to access My Classrooms after login to the OLC and complete any assigned learning activities or print assigned certificates through Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Module Factory. On Monday, August 17, 2020, the Module Factory will bedisabled and will no longer be available to authors for the creation of new customer courses and certificates, with the exception of Service course authors. Certificates. We recommend that learners obtain all unexpired certificates of course completion from the Online Learning Center (OLC) and retain them for future reference. Certificates may be viewed and printed, directly from within the OLC, by navigating to My Account and selecting My Certificates.Certificates earned on the OLC since January 1, 2010 will be archived as part of the OLC decommissioning process and will be available after the decommissioning, from Customer Support until December 31, 2027. Service Training Members. All Service Training courses will be moved from the Philips Online Learning Center (OLC) and will be available on the PLC on Monday, August 31, 2020. All assigned Service Training courses on the OLC must be completed by midnight US Eastern Time, on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. If an assigned course is incomplete after September 30, 2020, it must be re-started, from the beginning, on the PLC. Instructions for accessing Service Training courses on the PLC will be available in the Course Overview on TEDS and in the TEDS email notification. In addition, there are a series of demonstrations scheduled between July 15 and August 17.
