"We empower people to make changes in their lives and become more self-sufficient and self-reliant" It s a person with a disability who needs personal care assistance from home. It s a young person who needs a mentor and skills training. It s an older adult who needs companionship. It s a family that s struggling to afford basic necessities, and so much more.
