We’ve tweaked our safety protocols and are set up well to limit unnecessary interactions and contact. At this time The Marsh remains closed to the public, so traffic in the building will be limited to Merz Physical Therapy patients, staff, and a few members of The Marsh staff.Below is an outline of what a visit to Merz Physical Therapy looks like:Schedule by calling the front desk 952-935-4037Park in the Northeast portion of the lower parking lot (near dumpsters/air handling units)At appointment time (not before), call a designated number to let your therapist know you are readyPlease do not call before your scheduled appointment time as this time is being used to clean and sanitizeYou will be escorted into the building by your therapist; we will take your temperature and your hands will be sanitizedSafety measures we’re taking:It is mandatory for anyone entering the clinic to wear a face mask.Temperatures taken upon arrival; if greater than 99.5 degrees F you will be sent homeThis applies to patients as well as Merz employeesExtra time scheduled between patients to allow for deep cleaning of all surfaces, door handles, and hand washingHand sanitizer provided to patients upon arrivalClosure of waiting room (see above regarding waiting in your car)Use of plexiglass shield at front deskSanitization of all pens after each useOptional “telehealth” virtual visits conducted via video conferencingThank you for being patient with us during this time.
