Our practice specializes in maternal-fetal medicine, prenatal diagnosis and obstetrical ultrasounds. We provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient management of high-risk pregnancies, with services ranging from preconception counseling, pregnancy management, delivery and critical care obstetrics.Our team includes Dr. Alfredo Gei and advanced practice providers who work collaboratively with obstetricians, midwives and other specialists in the treatment and care of women with maternal or fetal complications.Dr. Gei is an internationally recognized specialist who has treated patients from around the world. He is both board certified in maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology, with a special interest in trauma and critical care obstetrics.Advanced obstetrical ultrasoundOur advanced obstetric ultrasound and screening services include ultrasound, fetal echocardiograms, genetic counseling and genetic testing. Our comprehensive services allow for full insight into each patient s unique diagnosis.An ultrasound will be performed by one of our registered diagnostic medical sonographers, then reviewed and interpreted by Dr. Alfredo Gei, our maternal-fetal medicine specialist. Dr. Gei will discuss the findings with you during your appointment, and your results will be communicated with your referring physician to formulate the best plan to provide appropriate obstetrical care for you and your baby.We are available if you experience a medical problem after hours. Please call our office to be connected with a doctor through our answering service.
