My orthotics arrived on Monday and have not been out of my shoes since. I am happy to say that even with a long and hilly walk yesterday, I have no achilles pain. The only thing that is a slight hassle is swapping the orthotics from one pair of shoes to another - (small price to pay!) so I will be ordering more pairs in the future.Thanks again for such great service.
