November 16th 2020- UpdateDHD Friends and Family-It is with my most sincere and utmost regret and sadness that I have to announce that The Doghouse Drinkery and Dog Park will be closing permanently.Due to COVID, and it's devastating effects on small businesses, I am not able to remain open. I have tried so hard to make it work so as not to disappoint our patrons and have my own dreams fail but my individual efforts were not enough without further compromising my own livelihood.I can never express my thanks and gratitude to each and every single one of you who came in with your smiling faces and beautiful dogs. You all have brought me so much happiness and comfort over the last couple of years. It was truly my pleasure to serve you and know you.This realization and announcement is easily one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.Our last day open for business will be Sunday, November 29th 2020. This is the season to be thankful and I have truly been incredibly blessed to have been given the opportunity to be part of such an amazing community. Regardless of how it’s all ending, I have gained, learned and grown a great deal, and in more ways than one. I’m hopeful this is not goodbye forever but goodbye for now and I’m looking forward to new beginnings and what the future holds for me and the possibility of reuniting with you all and your amazing dogs again.Your friend always,Natasha MunizOctober 14th 2020 UpdateWe are back open normal business hours and cant wait to see you all!!! July 30 2020 UpdateDear Doghouse Drinkery Friends and Family-Unfortunately we’ve been informed by TABC that our whole property is licensed as a bar and that we will need to close the park as well. We are going to continue to work on finding any exceptions possible. Until further notice, the Doghouse Drinkery including the park will be closed. We can’t possibly express how saddened we are for us and you guys, our amazing community. However, please be reassured that we will not be closing down permanently! Also any memberships will be extended by the amount of time we are closed. We can still serve alcohol to-go. Please help us by remaining patient and allowing everyone the six feet social distancing. We want to make sure every one and every dog stays safe and is comfortable while enjoying the facilities during these Covid-19 times.Can’t wait to see everyone and our fur buddies!ThanksDearest DHD Friends and Family-As you know, due to COVID-19, sadly we are now closed indefinitely until further notice.As much as Jodie complains about how hard she works…… she is so ready to get back to all of your lives and share your day with you and you fur-babies.
