School Reopening Task Force discusses August start The Clinton Public School District has officially begun planning for the start of the 2020-2021 school year and the reopening of campuses to students. Comments (-1) CHS Senior Kevin Zhang awarded National Merit Scholarship On May 13, Clinton High School senior Kevin Zhang was announced as one of 20 students in Mississippi to receive the National Merit Scholarship provided by the National Merit Scholarship Program. Zhang is one of 2,500 students nationwide to be awarded the scholarship. The 2,500 Merit Scholar designees were chosen from a talent pool of more than 15,000 students.
