He has been with the team for 7 years and was part of the early group of teammates dedicated to supporting the StopTech brand during the first weeks of the COVID-19 shutdown. This small group of hardworking leaders was responsible to support essential businesses, including the armor and defense industries. The team faced many challenges in those early weeks and had to be flexible and re-organize in order to properly support the business. In addition to leading Assembly and Inventory, Jeronimo quickly rose to the occasion and volunteered to also coordinate the Shipping & Receiving function while also coaching the Assembly Planning team. Jeronimo is extremely dedicated and always willing to go beyond his normal duties to help the business succeed. Nacho has been with us for more than two years and has quickly become a steady force in leading all distribution operations at the facility. During the pandemic, he has continued to show resilience in all aspects of distribution with his “can do” attitude, transparency, and dedication to his role and team. Nacho embodies a relentless customer focus by training, leading by example and mentoring all employees that he is responsible for. Nacho also makes sure all product distribution tasks are optimized and are directly focused on our customers. We are all grateful for Nacho and are impressed with his courage and determination to keep us moving forward. When Nacho is not managing distribution operations at our City of Industry facility, he is inside the squared circle as a trainer and boxing coach. Robert directly assists any customer with any product-related question or return scenario, and his strong cross-functional expertise makes him a highly-valued colleague to the DC team. Robert is always ready to lead with a smile and is eager to jump in to deliver any job he is assigned. He will always go the extra mile to get the task completed on time. When Robert isn’t making a major difference for our team, you’ll find him reading books, building model railroads, and spending time with his extended family. Sergio has been with us for nearly a decade and leads the welding operations for our DuraFit (medium to heavy-duty exhaust) as well as direct-fit catalytic converter (CATCO) programs. Sergio supervises the entire welding team and his leadership is seen every day in meeting production goals and training all welders to meet exacting product specifications. Sergio loves what he does because, for him, every day is a new challenge. He likes the variety of tasks and unique situations he encounters. Sergio is well-respected by everyone in the facility as he is usually one of the first to arrive in the morning to assist with employee health and safety checks and one of the last to leave. Sergio’s importance spans the entire facility by setting a clear example for all teammates to see how they should be working every day.
