Hoy, queridos lectores, después de muchos meses sin escribir, quiero compartir con ustedes algunas de las reseñas de mi libro, Adiós Leer Más La magnífica y apasionada profesora de literatura, Beatriz Maggi, quien murió el día 26 de mayo, fue profesora mía en Leer Más En estos días difíciles, gracias a Mario Crespo me llegó la triste noticia del fallecimiento de Fidelina González. Somos muchos, Leer Más Contacto Connie, apodo de Anna Veltfort, nació en Alemania (1945), emigró de niña a los Estados Unidos, y vivió desde febrero de 1962 hasta septiembre de 1972 en La Habana, Cuba. Esto ocurrió porque su padrastro, veterano de la Guerra Civil Española en la Brigada ‘Abraham Lincoln’, vio renacer su ave fénix con el triunfo de la Revolución Cubana y llevó a su familia a vivir y a estudiar en Cuba. Connie estudió el bachillerato en el Instituto del Vedado, y se licenció en Historia del Arte en la Escuela de Letras de la Universidad de la Habana, donde estudió desde el otoño de 1964 hasta la primavera de 1972. Después de graduarse, Connie regresó a los Estados Unidos, donde vive actualmente. El interés colectivo sobre la historia de aquellos años, ha inspirado este sitio web, donde se planea escanear y montar materiales de la época que se irán añadiendo y actualizando cada cierto tiempo.<<< Thank you for your visit >>>
